Return Policy

RETURNS

Please email customer support at info@faceyogamethod.com. You will be provided with an RMA# (return merchandise authorization number) and all the information we need in order to process refunds and returns. You may return the items that are in their original condition and sealed packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Those that are not returned in perfect conditions, can't be sent back to our inventory and, therefore, a refund is not possible. If you do not receive your purchased item within 5 weeks please contact us. If you wish to receive a refund due to the fact that you haven’t received your order, we only issue refunds 5 weeks after your order has been shipped.

The transit times vary greatly, not only by destination country but by locale as well. It is not uncommon for orders to take as much as 30 days to arrive. It is the customer’s responsibility to send the products back to us and when we refund your order, it will be minus the shipping fee. If an item is received damaged, please contact us so we can make arrangements to replace it for you. It will not leave our fulfillment center damaged and the Postal Service requires photos and proof of damage while in their care.

This Return Policy applies to physical products, except for apparel items. No refunds or returns are accepted on apparel items.

Physical Products
You have 30 days to contact us and request a refund or return. You may return the items that are in their original condition and sealed packaging. Reimbursement will be issued minus shipping and handling fees.

Apparel
No refunds or returns are accepted on apparel items.

Digital Programs
We have a 7-day refund policy from the date of your payment. All refunds are to be requested via email, please email Customer Support at info@faceyogamethod.com, any other forms of refund request will not be valid.

eBooks
All of our digital eBooks are final sale, and are not subject to any money back or refund policy once the order is placed.
