How do I use the products?
Do you offer samples?

Unfortunately at this time we do not. However sign up to our newsletter and if we do, you will be the first to know.

Are there any limits on how many I can buy?

There are no limits however if you want to purchase more than 20 products please contact [email protected] who can assist you further.

Do you offer gift packaging?

We do not offer specific gift wrapping however our packages come in nice little bags that would work well as gifts.


Order Issues

How can I find the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to follow the status of your order.

Can I modify an order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once you’ve placed an order it goes straight to our fulfillment house who begin to work on your order right away. This means we can’t accept any changes once the order has been placed. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.

How do I know my order went through if I haven’t received a confirmation email?

Order confirmations should come through right away however there can sometimes be a delay as a result of high order volumes. If you haven’t received an order confirmation within 6 hours please call or email our customer support team at 818-794-9248 or [email protected]


Returns & Refunds

Do you allow refunds or returns?

We stand by our products and know you will love them! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to contact us and request a refund or return. Please email customer support at [email protected]. You will be provided with an RMA# (return merchandise authorization number) and all the information we need in order to process refunds and returns.
It is the customer’s responsibility to send the products back to us and when we refund your order, it will be minus the shipping fee.


Prices, Payments & Discount Codes

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. We also accept paypal.

I am having trouble with my credit card information for my online order.

If you have verified that the card details are correct and the payment card is still not going through, please contact your bank as it may be the bank putting a hold on it, especially if you are an international customer. Can I buy a gift card for someone else?

The best way to do this would be to purchase it and provide your recipient's shipping address so that we can mail it to them. Please note we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Can you help me with a discount code?

Of course! If your discount code isn’t working please email Saira at [email protected] with your code and the problem you see. Please keep in mind that discount codes have expiration dates.

Will my package be charged any customs and import charges?

Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and will not be reimbursed by Face Yoga Method. Please check with your country’s customs office prior to placing an order.

When will I be charged for my order?

Once you confirm your order, you will be charged instantly.

I don’t live in the US, so in which currency will my payment be taken in?

The payment will be taken in US dollars. The currency exchange rates can change daily so you may wish to speak to your bank regarding current rates before purchasing.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently do not offer free shipping.

I am having trouble with my shipping address

Please go to the USPS website https://tools.usps.com/go/ZipLookupAction_input and click on Find Zip Codes. You can begin to enter your address and USPS will automatically give you the correct combination which you will be able to enter on our site.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide, other than Afghanistan, Pakistan, India and UAE.

When will my package be delivered?

Processing time for orders can take up to 5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Occasionally these times may be extended during holidays, launches, new releases and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time within the US is 2-6 days and 10-20 business days internationally. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. International orders: Once you receive your tracking information, please don’t be alarmed if for the first 3 business days there is no movement, however if after 5 days you have still not seen any updates, please contact our customer support team on [email protected].

Does the shipping include any customs fees?

Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and will not be reimbursed by Face Yoga Method. Please check with your country’s customs office prior to placing an order.

Missing, Incomplete or damaged orders

For domestic orders - If after 2 weeks you have not received your package. please call or email our customer support team at 818-794-9248 or [email protected]

For international orders- If after 4 weeks you have not received your package please call or email our customer support team at 818-794-9248 or [email protected]

Once you receive your package if something is damaged or the order is incomplete, please take a picture and send it to [email protected] so that we can can make arrangements to replace it for you. Your package will not leave our fulfilment center damaged and the Postal Service requires proof of damage while in their care.

Shipping Delays and Deliveries

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers. Once the package is handed over to the local post office, it is your responsibility to follow up. We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts or for incorrect or missing addresses.
