Things to Remember
When you first wear the MikoBand to help with your posture, start with onlya couple minutes a day. Slowly increase the duration each day. If you decide to wear the MikoBand for longer than 10 minutes a day make you sure feel confident and most of all comfortable.
The MikoBand may feel slightly uncomfortable at first, this is because it is is gently correcting your posture. However, it should not hurt.
Try to relax while you wear it!
