If you do not receive your purchased item within 4 weeks please contact us.
If you wish to receive a refund due to the fact that you haven’t received your order, we only issue refunds 4 weeks after your order has been shipped.
The transit times vary greatly, not only by destination country but by locale as well. It is not uncommon for orders to take as much as 30 days to arrive.
We stand by our products and know you will love them! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to contact us and request a refund or return. Please email customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be provided with an RMA# (return merchandise authorization number) and all the information we need in order to process refunds and returns.
It is the customer’s responsibility to send the products back to us and when we refund your order, it will be minus the shipping fee.
If an item is received damaged, please contact us so we can make arrangements to replace it for you. It will not leave our fulfillment center damaged and the Postal Service requires photos and proof of damage while in their care.
