eBook: The Ultimate Guide to the Face Yoga Method

I have a digital version of FYM. It’s well-written, and simple to understand, with detailed instructions and explanations. I do think it is necessary to have any kind of copy of the book if you’re starting to practice the method. However, I would also recommend having Fumiko’s introduction of poses through classes and/or programs to get a precise understanding of how to execute each of those poses.

I would love to buy other products but with customs and such, it's to expensive for me in Switzerland.

I’ve been doing the exercises in this book regularly - 5-6 times a week. I have seen very positive effects. There is a symmetry in the lower half of my face (lips, mouth area) which was not there before, my forehead fine lines are barely visible and my drooped eyelid is slowly starting to tighten. I feel so confident and so much joy after I do the exercises. This book is a must have if you’re dedicated to taking care of your skin

This book is really helpful .I have used some poses to improve my laughing lines and to uplift my eyebrow area and it works wonder. I love it .A year ago I too had a car accident and when I looked in the mirror I really felt unhappy . Then I read about face yoga and I thought maybe that is something for me. I love having the book to refer to, to supplement watching the videos. The extra detai helps with accuracy when completing the poses.

I’m absoulutely fascinated with the Face Yoga method, the book was really helpful and easy to learn. It’s really helping me recover from a Bell’s Palsy and restore my face muscles and expressions .

I do my exercises twice a day. It is so calming and I can see the lifting effect. It is important to do these exercise in front of the mirror to make sure you are doing it correctly. I did these without a mirror for a while and then I realized that the mouth area changed shape in an undesired way. Then I started using the mirror. Now that weird shape has disappeared and the mouth area has lifted up. Also I splash my face with water 100 times as described in the book. Especially in the morning, I can immediately see the effects of this on the skin.

I started doing the exercises 3 weeks ago and I started to notice a difference in my face. The main difference is perceived in the cheeks and eyes, I also notice the firmer skin on the whole face. I know it’s just the beginning, but I’m looking forward to the future results.

I am very pleased with the purchase of the e-book. It helps me understand the benefits and what to look for in each pose. Very useful e-book. Thanks to Fumiko and her team.

Brought the online book and have been doing the face yoga poses every second day for a month ..I’m only 30 but due to smoking and living in Australia with the harsh u.v I had slot of wrinkles and deep lines. I just love this lady there is a huge different in my face already ..I use to hate looking in the mirror now I smile ..enjoying the progress could not recommend this enough ..truely a blessing

Hello dear Fumiko! I'm very happy with buying ebook. For the moment, I integrate a new routine in my life. Like do the 100 splashes, day and night. I love it! Learning how to moisturize my skin correctly. Taking a look at videos.... And practice some poses. I do that at my own pace. I know myself. I need to integrate some new things slowly to make it a part of my life for long time. Also, I touch my face to discover the muscles!!! Often you show anatomical wall chart. For me is the best way to learn how to do the poses. I would have finding them in the ebook. The ebook will help me so much to do the poses the right way, for sure. I started to do face yoga with the book of Fumiko and It is really good. The only thing I would say is that I need a lot of time to do the exercices, and the quick sistem It shows is very short, I think It would need a middle system. Thanks Fumiko for your work.

I'm still learning the poses. I do the exercises in the morning and evining. I do hope to see some result soon. I drink the hot water in the morning and put on a yogurt mask.

Hi Fumiko! I LOVE YOUR FACE EXERCISES! They are majestic. They help me lessen stress and my face looks a whole lot better. Hopefully you’ll have another ebook (maybe something that can focus on relieving stress! Or exercises that you can do while putting on face oils/serums/moisturizers!) that I can purchase as I prefer reading the material first before doing them and at least I won’t need to have internet to do them. :)

Hi, i love training as well as skin care products. I started using it recently, I can't see the result but when I use them it feels good

I really love the skincare routine Fumiko suggested to me: hot towel and derma roller treatment. When first using the derma roller I probably pressed a bit too hard: Next morning I woke up with my face covered in little red polka dots :) ! But I soon learned to use optimal pressure and it works fine now. I do it twice a week before bedtime and I am hoping for good results (I have been doing this routine for some weeks only, so results are not yet spectacular). Meanwhile I am busily practising Face Yoga poses. This gives me the good feeling of caring for myself, of taking time for myself and of pampering body and soul. Thank you Fumiko for supporting our Face Yoga community so well!

Dear Fumiko, I have received the book s couple of days ago, and immediately started my practice. I would like to thank you for changing my life. It us reaaly true, because now I hurry up home to enjoy the exercises which help me to relax after a hard day at the computer, to feel my skin and face muscles rennivation and revival, and naturally it improves my miid, unspires me for more intense training. Dear Fumiko Takatsu and your team. Have bought the ebook Ultimate Guide To Face Yoga. and I love it. There are many exercises and it takes time to learn them. I start from the beginning and go down until I get tired. might have started with one of your jump starts. but my whole face needs training. Will one day put a before after picture on facebook. But will work more on my face before it happens. Fumiko you are my guiden angel, love you.

I started with the 28 eye jumpstart, then got the book and found it to be just amazing. Going through a program helps but reading about it and getting a deeper sense of what it is all about- including the wealth of wonderful stuff to explore, really round sit all off. And it gives you the confidence to look at other poses too:)) recommend this full heartedly.

The book is grate, but I think I bought it to fast. I just learning exercises through boot camp. It is enough for me for now. I will definitely use the book later when I became an advanced yogi

I love the face yoga, do it twice a dat in the morning and evening. Every dat i practice different pose. Did purchase 28 days lip and mouth area.....and the results are nice! I am much more calm inside and drink warm water with lemon every morning! Love it. My skin is so happy with this. And most of all this life style changed me. Thank you Fomiko and team❤
